Indianos Blanco

An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1438 in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico crafted with 100% Tequilana Weber & local volcanic spring water double distilled after fermentation in copper pots stills. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, flowers, vegetables, herbs & spice; while the palate adds banana; that led to a complex death of medium length with a touch of cinnamon.

An elegant Agave Spirit by NOM 1146 crafted with an autoclave under low pressure, 2x distilled with a column still, before being bottled additive free at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of vanilla, honeydew melon, olive, mint, lemongrass & dill; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of mushrooms, black tea, sea spray, black pepper & cinnamon.
