Infuse Spirits Broken Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon (Discontinued)

Pleasantly surprised. Much better than I expected.

Batch #5. Aroma is french vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar. Flavor is caramel, oak, and vanilla, with the vanilla being particularly prominent. Aftertaste is corn and rye, with toasted bread.

Just not my taste. Floral. Can taste the port/sherry. Spice throughout.
