Infuse Spirits Broken Barrel Bourbon (Discontinued)

Nose of Aunt Jemima maple pancake syrup. First touch of the tongue confirms a well rounded, smooth, almost syrupy mouthfeel. Not as sweet as it indicates, but it does remind me of the taste is honey and caramel. The finish is burn free yet blank of any other flavors. Not sure of the age but seems well matured.

Very woody with nice oak notes. A little proofy but nice smooth finish. Little high in tannins.

Nice nose, has a sweet taste due to sherry, but just the right amount. Pleasantly surprised.
