Islay Rested FIRKIN Gin

More savory than sweet, well balanced. On the rocks without tonic.

Exceptional. Plenty of juniper berries and usual gin tones (lemon, cardamom, cassia?) makes it a great pour. Then comes the oak: wood is quite clear and balanced, but it's that elegant Islay peat that makes my day Tried it neat, on a gin-twisted Old Fashioned, and on a floral gin tonic. It stands tall however you drink this.
