Isle of Raasay Single Malt Batch R-01

A lovely, sweet dram which pairs remarkably well with a buttered hot cross bun. The perfect Easter holiday dram! On its own hints of parma violet and a more floral sweetness.

Peat, oak, wine on the nose. Fruits on the palate that are leaning towards dark. Salty medium-light finish.

Smoked chillies vanilla and something medicinal on the nose. The palate is sweet cherry jam. The finish is smooth and peppery.
