This is a review of the Bourbon peach tea 4 year. Very tasty and drinks easy for the abv.

This is extremely well balanced. There is spice and vanilla in the nose. The palate is creamy with butterscotch, dark chocolate and baking spices. There are some wood notes (probably oak but maybe cedar) in the mid palate. The finish is long with cinnamon, cherry and honey. Be careful! This 120 proof but doesn’t feel like it.

Drinks nice for its proof. Cereal notes very present. Walnut core is nice.

Tastes just as advertised. Good, local stuff!
