Tasting Notes
"This whiskey has that classic walnut and pencil lead aroma carried by many Irish whiskeys, but added to that are the scent of roasted cashews and dried apricot. The palate takes on more nutty flavors with some almond and hazelnut as well as tart fruit flavors of dates, tamarind, orange marmalade and fresh raspberries. The finish is carried off with a good hit of vanilla and caramel, which meld cleanly with the jammier and slightly salty textures for balance. "
