Tastes like a sweet desert, birthday cake but with a sparkle, like champagne or Chardonnay. White wine flavors in with the sweetness. Definitely not flavors I've ever encountered with anything Irish, tastes almost Japanese. Intriguing.

Sweet vanilla cake on the nose. The sweetness continues on the palate with smooth, rich vanilla. The finish is still sweet, bringing notes of banana and oak spice. There's also a drying element to the finish.
