First sniff has notes of oak, vanilla and suddle fruit. First sips starts with string notes of vanilla leading with a spice that lingers on the tongue that fades to a sweet and spicy birthday cake like flavors. One to try for sure.

Nose - 2 Taste - 3.5 After - 3 Overall 3

I’m not an Irish whiskey drinker so a little limited here. Over all a nice flavor. A little heat buildup which slowly dissipates. Flavor is hard to pinpoint but pleasant.

Far more sweet than anything else, this comes across as slightly one-note-ish. Fun cake/creme brulee aspect still worth trying.
