Tasting Notes
"The nose is very grassy and full of young grain, alcohol, and oddly enough, hops. There's also orange rind and an herbal-scented astringent. The taste features lots of raw grain, mint, and bitter chocolate, but the flavors are muted. It picks up some caramel from the bourbon barrel, then finishes short and dry. Water mellows the nose but muddies the flavors. "
