J.K. Williams Young Buck Bourbon
This Illinois distillery uses specially designed honeycomb barrels to rapidly extract flavors from the wood of the barrel and impart them to the spirit, which is aged for around two years. It's named for the distillery founder's great-great grandfather, Eldon “Buck” Lee Williams.
