J.P. Trodden Small Batch Bourbon

Smoke on the nose, some sour fruit as well. Not very sweet on the palate. Feels like it’s missing something. One dimensional.

Tasting neat in a Glencairn glass: Nose offers rich wood spice, soft leather and cinnamon. Palate presents delicious vanilla and oak spice, with slight orange and cherry. Finish is medium and smooth, with more grain wood and subtle cinnamon spice.

Pretty Solid and smooth

Sweet on the front end - Smokey but with a lot of heat on the finish. Not a huge fan. Slightly Better with the Red beer back.
