Tasting Notes
"Dr. Don Livermore is bench pressing some heavy oak flavor weight for this whisky. Creamy vanilla and caramel grace the nose with maple sugars, leather and black pepper. On the palate, it’s every Hiram-Walker flavor under the sun compressed into a body-hugging structure. Features include ripe cherry, almonds, cloves and solar flares of chest warming rye spice. For a cask strength whisky, the heat has a controlled warmth. All of this depth carries into a snug finish that sizzles with cinnamon, vanilla, dry lumber and citrus zest."
