Amazing stuff like the dissertation and 35 year. Rye spices a bit more out in front than corn whisky sweetness, leading to a spicy, balanced, and rounded dram with bourbon, rye, and rum like qualities. Very sweet. It tastes mapple sugar. The 64.3% returns at the end.

This is the Stagg Jr. of Canadian whisky...there, I said it! It's got a great kick to it and a deep, sweet complexity that is unmatched in Canada IMO.

Truly outstanding nose, maple and caramel. The palate is luxurious and heavy with spice, cinnamon, and great touch of vanilla on the finish. Outstanding whisky that I feel is really worth the price.
