"This whisky hits all the classic flavor profiles of a time-honored Canadian whisky. Caramel and toffee set up a creamy sweetness that’s balanced with a punch of rye and vanilla spice. All the while breaking out the heavy lumber like it was aged in barrels made with oak hockey sticks. The flag waving grapefruit pith finish is as long as the whisky’s storied history. "
