Tasting Notes
"The nose has the classic Jack banana bread aromas along with oak, smoke, vanilla, and pencil shavings. As you taste it straight , the whiskey is spicy and hot on the tongue without much of a sweet middle note. The finish is of moderate length and is somewhat savory with a little smoke, toffee and fruity note. Serve it with a large rock for maximum effect."
