Jack Daniel's Bonded Tennessee Whiskey

Not so powerfully banana bread as the Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, but very much a taste of banana bread. This isn’t my favorite offering from JD, but is pretty good. Certainly better than old number 7, and Gentleman Jack.

fruity nose as usual. minimal burn from alcohol and barrel char. almost a bacon-like finish.

Initially smooth then oaky. Not bad.

Initially, banana on the nose, palate, and finish. Then, cherry and currant, especially, in the nose. Some subtle char mid-palate.
