Spice and subtle banana and toffee on the nose. Loads of brown sugar on the palate with spice. A good amount of heat and medium finish.

Very light nose with vanilla and hint of spice. Brown sugar predominant on the taste. Warm finish. Good stuff.

Caramel and maybe some banana on the nose. Pleasantly soft and brown sugar sweet with cinnamon spice and a warm finish. Will pick up again the next time I’m at the distillery.

Butterscotch and some fruit on nose. Peanuts and red fruit on taste leading to medium finish with hint of anise. Pleasantly sweet. A must buy when in Louisville.

Sweet with baking spices on the nose. Reminds me of sugar cookies or cake. Light fruit and delicate body on the palate. Hint of smoke. A warm, pleasant finish. A solid whiskey.
