This is yummy. I got boujee spiced berry compote on the nose. Like something you’d get at a trendy brunch place on Magnolia St in FW. The palate is pretty complex, with graham cracker, vanilla, marshmallow, and then wood char on the finish.

Bananas Foster slightly overcooked on a charcoal grill. Detailed review to follow. Probably. Update;. After two months in a mostly empty bottle, this has changed. A lot. The overwhelming sweetness is gone. It's still bananas and caramel, but instead of being just that, it's added a few dry layers. Like peanut butter. And dry roasted peanuts. Like a crunchy peanut butter and banana sandwich, on toasted and buttered potato bread, dipped in a side of caramel. This has earned a place on my permanent shelf.

Banana heavy with brown sugar nose and palette. Finish is a mouthful, rich, molasses, and oaky. Smell reminds me of a fall morning with the leaves falling.

One of my new favorites. Lots of character and flavor that is slightly different bottle to bottle. Way better than any other JD product I have ever tried. To me it tastes like the weller full proof or old Ezra 7. Sweet. Cherry vanilla and oak. Wonderful
