Really getting the creamy, milk stout come through. Sweet, buttery shortbread and milk cookie 🍪 A really fun whiskey

Definitely a roasted barley sweetness from the stout- smooth coffee and a bit of an herbal finish

Touches of cream and honey on the nose, with a hint of timber. Thick and oily in the glass and on the tongue. Starts with a melting of milk chocolate and vanilla, ending with a spark of black pepper.
