Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition

Nose: frosting, banana cake, and vanilla. A hint of dark roasted notes notes. Palate: the cake frosting and vanilla. Body is very nice and smooth/a bit oily, making it dessert-like. Some notes of caramel and chocolate. Finish: a slight bitterness leaves a few notes of chocolate and oak lingering in the finish. But they still feel well-balanced. All in all a very solid dram that I would love to try at cask strength to see if it can amplify the rich balance of the sweet and bitter notes.
