Tasting Notes
"The nose is classically bourbon-forward, with notes of fresh apples, cherries, baking spices, and a slight nuttiness. The palate, however, is not as heavy as the nose would suggest, with a light to medium richness and subtle notes of bayleaf, oregano, and thyme. The midpalate has flavors akin to honey nut coated breakfast cereal, leading to a fruity finish with a spicy kick. "
