Reviewed September 19, 2021Appearance: Deep tobacco hue and a slight rosy tint given by the finish in the Bordeaux Wine Barrels. Legs: Slow forming needle like tears that taper down to a teardrop right before the surface of the bourbon. Nose: Extremely floral notes at the beginning, heavy wine, fruit (red apple, blackberry, red cherries) rich/ buttery oak. Taste: Not a heavy bite, but a steady and pleasant acidity throughout sip to the finish. Wine as expected, smooth buttery oak like on the nose. Sweet and rich. Enjoyable from start to finish. -
