Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Voyage 23

Nice butterscotch but not very sweet, in a good way. Very smooth.

Caramel, vanilla, nutty. Good

Neat and with a touch of water Nose mostly caramel. Flavor follows, primarily caramel with a bit of spice and maybe a touch of saltiness. Very smooth, warming but without any burn or obvious alcohol.

Tastes lighter than it looks, with a nice vanilla and touch molasses and almost savory caramel salt taste. Can get a touch of ocean but it is very well rounded.

Salt and pepper with cinnamon apple

Fantastic bourbon. Of all the bourbons I’ve tried, this is second only to Blanton’s. Sweet profile with a combo of oak & fruit. Next to zero burn.
