Jefferson's Reserve Very Old Bourbon

Oak and vanilla nose. Medium body and richness on the tongue. Some cinnamon and fruit flavors. Minimal burn. Rocks open up to some maple and honey sweetness.

Complex but not sweet.

Nose that was slightly sweet. Good Carmel notes, very good. Oily finish, which I really like.

I’m not very good at bourbon vernacular. This bourbon is smooth with a touch of burn and somewhat sweet. All said, I find it most agreeable.
