Jim Beam Black Label Extra-Aged

Ethanol carmel light cereal nose. A little to watered down on the taste but the nutty carmel with a little dust comes in. Light spicy, nutty, ethanol finish. It is what it is, not special but not bad.

On the nose: I get strong notes of pepper and corn On the palate: a Nice smoky brown sugar taste with a hint of sweet corn and Salted Caramel Finish: faint chocolate but and brown sugar and possibly salted caramel. Overall: This is a lot better than the standard Jim Beam. Extra Aged and well worth it! Probably great for mixing but pretty good on its own!
