Jim Beam Black Label Extra-Aged

Definitely a smooth sweet taste hints of oak & leather with a mild hit of sage or wet wood on a spring morning. Refreshing lightly sweet finish not to harsh absolutely a got to lower end of I wanted a smooth drink. Kinda like a okay candy that last at the end

This is a perfectly fine entry level bourbon.

Still a solid value play and drinking a touch better than I remember. A bit drier than most bourbons but still has some vanilla character. Decent finish; a touch harsh. Does have a bit of cardboard blandness though; won't be mistaken for an elite bourbon.

Good mixer

Enjoy the bite at the end of the sip.

Caramel aroma, med sweet on the toung, smooth and warm in the back of the mouth. Warm as it hits bottom. Neat as usual.
