Jim Beam Bonded Bourbon

All the best of classic Jim Beam, but simply improved. Layers of rich flavors hidden in the delicious, thick corn maze.

750ml neat in Glencairn at home. Nose is quite assertive, with honey, vanilla, spice, green apple, leather, heat. Taste is initially dusty, with vanilla, oak, rye spice and heat building. Fairly short and dry finish. Decent enough, would be a great mixer probably. 8/7/19

Hot wood burn flavor and finish. Starts out ok then the burning comes. Not what I expected. Maybe I got a bad bottle but this is bad. Will not buy again.

Definitely my favorite Jim Beam. Love the vanilla balanced with the spice.
