Nose of Peanuts and Vanilla hint of leather maybe a little brown sugar Palate of astringent sweet cinnamon spice, not bad but pretty simple Finish of oak and spice medium in length Nose is the best part the rest is classic bourbon well executed but unremarkable

A- amber in color. A bit sticky looking. S- sweet woody tobacco. A tinge of ethanol. Spicy banana bread. P- amazing. Onset is sweet wood, cinnamon, honey, earth in the middle. Nice spicy earthy finish. Truly delightful. M- the mouth feel/ consistency is what makes this so incredible. Medium heavy body. Attaches to your mouth and lets the flavors linger. O- I paid $30 for this bottle on sale and would definitely pay much more for it. I'm a small fan of the Beam specialties (DO, DC, BLK.) This is 10 levels above those. Well done.
