John J Bowman Single Barrel Bourbon

Nose: Vanilla, oak, hint of berries. Palette: Oily, slick texture. Very smooth. Light vanilla, oak, dark berries, and baking spices. Like a baked goods bourbon with strong baking spices and oak. You can taste the age in this as well as the balance. Finish: Long,baking spices pop in the mouth. Leather. Drying mouthfeel. Lot of complexity here. Excellent bourbon and my new go-to.

Very open and aromatic. Obvious vanilla on the nose through the finish. Lasts a while on the pallet.

Sweet caramel and brown sugar smell. Sweet brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon taste.
