A lovely warm, lightly spiced drink.
Vanilla with lingering woodsmoke.
Notes of coffee and dark chocolate.
Some nutmeg, cinnamon, apple.
Almost like the silky full taste of a fine Irish with a lovely subtle smokiness of a scotch.
Excellent drink.

Favorite Johnnie Walker (and scotch in general) so far. Light and crisp on the nose.
Some banana and fruitiness in the beginning before winding down with a mild smoky malt. Tail tapers out into a velvety smooth vanilla sweetness. Very mild/inoffensive and VERY easy to drink on the rocks.

I assumed a Talisker and Caol Ila blend to have a much heavier peat presence. Nope.
Sweeter than expected, fruity, with a very thin honey finish and just a faint hint of smoke. For the same price give me a Cardhu 12... a Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban... a Jura anything.
A good sipper, but a 95 expert review? Get real.
