Reviewed December 25, 2020 (edited September 1, 2021)What a blend. Lots going on here. Almost no smoke on the nose and then it really hits you on the taste. Hints of sherry casking, hints of sea salt. Water sweetens it significantly. I'm not sure if this is harmonious but it's certainly complex! -

Reviewed December 24, 2020 (edited March 22, 2021)Sourish, with a hint of cardboard at the beginning. Just the right amount of bite, beautiful finish. It's smooth, perfect neat or on the rocks. Add a splash of distilled water or an ice cube to open up the flavor.
