Johnny Drum Private Stock Bourbon

Different taste than a “regular” bourbon, but thats why I like it. Has a dusty hay notw on the nose, but overall, I like to mix this between several pours. Long finish, creamy mouth feel.

Definitely Willett. Sweet on the nose with cane sugar, chocolate, and astringent rye. The palate is a little spicy where the rye comes in strong, very sweet with a hint of cherry. Finish is a lasting rye burn. Not bad.

Nose: Apple, minty spice. Palate mostly oak and baking spice. Medium warning finish.
