Cinnamon, a bit nutty, caramel. But also has some green, young wood taste. A bit weak/watery even with the spicy finish. Just doesn't have much mouthfeel. Mediocre.

Nose- cinnamon red hots and baking spices. Earthy undertones. A lot of heat for 101 proof Taste- classic Willett cinnamon spice. Green apple and a pleasant bready rye note. Still a tad rough around the edges Finish- short and spicy
