Tasting Notes
"There’s not much to report on the nose. Perhaps a faint note of wheat cereal. The palate has more spice than one would expect for a wheat mash-bill. There’s a light sweetness and oak influenced caramel flavor which leads to a medium length and dry finish. A few drops of water takes the edge off what is an otherwise hot sip. "
