Tasting Notes

"The nose kicks off with honey, pears, and apricots, along with citrus fruits, spice, vanilla, and toffee. The palate offers a mouth-coating richness, with molasses and light maple syrup, as well as peaches, nutmeg, and cloves. There's a bit of a tug of war between astringent oak and sweetness on the back end. The finish is long but eminently easy, with honey, pepper and spice."
