Tasting Notes
"With only four botanicals used here, the gin isn't super dynamic, but this simple recipe allows the gin to have a sense of purity about it. Herbal savory notes and earthy angelica root come through the strongest with the warm coriander coming next. The gin is medium weight and tastes spicy towards the end which is only slightly bitter. This could get washed away in a fussy cocktail and the proof doesn't lend itself to a martini. Try in a Gin Smash using fresh raspberries or a gin and soda with a twist."
