Tasting Notes
"It's all earl grey on the nose, with bergamot, tea leaves, citrus with both orange and lemon peels, and potpourri. The tea-forward profile continues on the palate and is backed up by bitter dark chocolate and cassia bark. The finish is short and heavily tannic between the impact of the tea and the oak, with candied orange slices and gentian. The earl grey is dominant in comparison to the gin base."
