Quipe
Reviewed January 5, 2022 (edited April 23, 2022)Nose: good smells, soft yet vivace. At very first smokey then liquorosi. Typical young aged dram finished in sherry. Mouth: first sip is nuts and smokey taste salty finish. Then spices and salts get the overall, bringing honey and chocolate (light). Chocolate gets stronger with time and caramelized with that. Salt and smoke still dominate. Finish: refreshing not the usual dry tongue feeling. Banana taste on the very last sip All in One it is a good whisky. Good for first encounter more with smoke than sherry actually (contrary to what is highlighted on the box). Complete but not too complex. Simple and enjoyable. -
