Too boozy from first to end, honey and sweet spice, basic bottle - not journey

Little bit of spice and smoke over a sweet base. Bit too much alcohol comes through which upsets the balance.

It’s like smoked salted caramel on the nose drizzled over apricots. The whiskey is slightly sweet on the palate, with brown sugar and cinnamon. The finish is short and fruity.

First tasting of the evening. A lot of bitterness and alcohol. Alcohol taste and alcohol burning in the mouth. Taste in a bad sense is revealed with an imbalance. Everything is interrupted by the taste of alcohol. A bit of wood in the finish. Very very dry finish. The smell of perfume and lot of alcohol. The nose burns and tickles.
