Expected this to be terrible after hearing reviews from friends. I’m clearly not as fussy because I found it very drinkable. Tastes better than it smells. Smooth and quite sweet aftertaste, but I don’t get any of the peat mentioned in the description.

Makes the tongue tingle. Smokey with compliments of toffee and vanilla. Good smooth heat in the throat initially.

Very good standard one. Nothing exceptional. It won't disturb someone who is not a Whisky lover
