This is the second whiskey bottling for the Keeper's Heart brand released by O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Crafted by Master Distiller Brian Nation and Liquid Collaborator & Advisor David Perkins, this is blend of Irish and bourbon whiskeys.
More specifically, it is a blend of triple pot distilled Irish whiskey, Irish grain whiskey, and bourbon whiskey. Launched in Minneapolis in April 2022, the whiskey was released for online sales and at select retailers in the US as of June 2022. This is a permanent addition to the brand's portfolio.

Tasting Notes
"There's an interesting aroma that leans towards an herbal/woody profile which grabs you. As you continue to drink those aromas become a bit more intense and some tart apple shows up. There's some vanilla, but overall the whiskey is more on the dry, medium spicy side. The bourbon flavors are dialed down to maybe a 3 out of 10. There's a waxy note here too and the flavor finishes on the bittersweet side with more of those herbal/grassy notes showing up. Decent length on the finish. Would drink again if the price were right. "
