Underrated juice. Solid sour mash recipe with all the right notes. Sometimes less is more in the current bourbon world. Cheers!

Pine like raisin smell. Fruity taste. Smooth. Green plant finish. Too fruity to be preferred.

Sweet in the finish. Bold and spicy at the beginning. A little water or cube will bring out the limestone water and sweetness in the end. Really good all around. Almost Canadian in a sense but definitely bourbon
