Total Score : 4.25 Non-chill Filtered Non-colored [Eng] [Nose] - Slightly alcohol buzz as it was open. (after about 2 weeks, the buzz is gone) - Shallow spicy flavors that go deep into the nose. - A bit of a grassy just like rye whiskey flavor, but not overpowering, and little bit heavy. - Rich, smooth vanilla, honey, and light caramel. - A hint of cool, piney aromas float by. - As the liquor vaporizes on the glass, a dried fruit aroma emerges, which mingles with the grassy aroma, and feels like a Korean wild strawberry like odor. [Pallete] - Light and spicy - Hot and harsh - Definitely spicy, savory, and nutty - Very good weight in the glass and a fairly thick liquid feel. - Usually there's not a lot of new flavor development on the palate, but this whisky has a definite oaky taste on the palate. - Leaves a spicy finish with a slight tongue tingle. But not overpowering. [Finish] - Smooth oaky flavor with lingering vanilla and floral notes. - Lingering faintly spicy, hot sensation. [Kor] [Nose] - 뚜껑 딴 직후라 그런지 부즈는 약간 있음(2주 정도 지나니 부즈는 없어짐) - 얕은 스파이시 향이 깊게 들어오는 느낌임 - 라이 위스키에서 나는 비릿한 풀내음 그런데 산뜻하진 않고, 묵직하면서 살짝 느끼함. - 진하고 부드러운 바닐라와 꿀 그리고 옅은 캬라멜 - 솔향 같은 시원한 향기가 살짝 떠서 지나감 - 잔에 묻은 술이 기화되고, 향이 차오를수록 건과일 향이 나는데 풀내음과 섞여서 오디 같은 한국의 야생 딸기류 같은 향처럼 느껴짐 [Pallete] - 경쾌한 스파이시함 - 화끈하고 거침 - 확실한 간이 느껴지고 감칠맛과 고소함이 있음 - 머금었을 때 무게감도 있고, 액체의느낌이 꽤나 진한 편이라 아주 좋음 - 보통 입안에선 향이 새로 올라오는 느낌이 적은데, 이 위스키는 입 안에서 오크향이 확실하게 올라옴 - 짜릿하게 혀가 살짝 아리는 매콤함이 남음. 하지만 과하진 않음 [Finish] - 부드러운 오크향이 지나가고 바닐라와 플로랄 향이 오래 지속됨 - 은은하게 화끈하고 뜨거운 느낌이 오래 남음
