Kikusui Junmai Gingo

A refreshing, gluten free, special occasion, Sake by the Kikusui Sake Co. in Nigata, Japan crafted with Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 55%, koji & water that is bottled at 15% ABV. It has a delicate birth with hints of tropical fruits & flowers, herbs & rice; while a medium-light body adds hints of cantaloupe, persimmon, orange & banana; that leads to a delicate & fresh finish with a hint of vanilla, fennel & jasmine.
