Kilchoman 100% Islay (10th Edition)
The tenth edition of the 100% Islay series for Kilchoman was made from Optic and Publican barley varieties which were harvested in 2007, 2009, and 2010. The barley was malted and peated using Islay peat before being distilled, matured, and bottled.
A total of 39 bourbon barrels and 2 sherry casks were used for this bottling which yielded 12,400 bottles for worldwide distribution. Released at the end of 2020, it's bottled at 100 proof.
