Vanilla, a bit sweet. Strong but tasty, mellows with each sip, creamy as it lingers in the mouth with the salty smokiness shining through at the finish.

The nose has very nice smoke and brine notes with a hint of vanilla. Interestingly, the palette is dominated by caramel and spice, with the smoke barely noticeable. However, the smoke comes roaring back and dominates the finish, lingering for a long while after the taste is finished.

Heavenly peat on the nose with a hint of sweetness in tones of vanilla and caramel. The taste is initially spicy and briny, but the smoke takes center stage in the finish.

Seaside light peat, light citrus aftertaste

Smokey like mezcal almost, sweet grain, funky copper

Oaky, slightly salty finish. Cinnamon, pear. Benefits from a few drops of water to calm the peat smoke.
