Reviewed July 13, 2024 (edited July 14, 2024)A very good, young, elegant, Brandy from Italy made with a grape-based pomace from Chianti, Toscana, Italy distilled in copper boilers with a low level of alcohol aged for 6 months in stainless-steel tanks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grape pomace; while a bold life led to a balanced death of medium length. April 202426.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed January 9, 2024 (edited January 19, 2024)On the nose, I find a nutty, floral, slightly wine-like, subtly leathery sweetness. The palette is bittersweet and intensely floral, very similar to parma violets. This transitions to much of the same in the finish, but with a slight walnut bitterness that complements the floral notes very well. Good value. I have only tried it neat, but this would be delicious in a negroni riff, and would likely be complemented well by a high quality citrus forward tonic. Drinkers of chianti wines will find this spirit familiar and delicious.27.0 USD per Bottle
