Knob Creek 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Spicy and woody on the palate. Honts of caramel. Still little hot with medium finish.

Smooth and delicious. Nice long gradual finish that lingers in a good way. Love it.

I was surprised bu the amount of wook/oak out if this one. When i tried the KC18, i expected to be oak forward, but not on the 12. Surprised. Besides that, at 100 proof, is right in my target zone. Spices are kight, maybe shadowed by the oak, caramel, burnt sugar is also clear to me. Overall a nice 12 year whiskey for srp. People go nuts and pay way too much for other 6-8 year whiskey. This one is a solid for thise that like thise oak notes.

A complex, long finish that smells of oak, baking spices, and maple syrup. Spice and oak come through on the palate. A bit of hottness for 100 proof, but complements the age well.
