Knob Creek 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Great bourbon. Like it more every time i try it. Only thing missing is that fruity/spicy rye note.

Very distinct flavor so hard to rate. A lot of sweetness that stays high in the mouth. Caramel/Vanilla. A lot of oak in the backend. Pretty light neat. I think I expected better but a very solid bourbon. My first KC.

Thought the nose was sweet smelling. Like a cotton candy. Which leads to vanilla flavor. It actually is pretty spicy for a 100 proof. Can taste the baking spices and leather. Good sip.
